• We process and ship all orders within 7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
• All purchases will be shipped from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post or Italy via UPS with tracking. 
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
